Blue and Green

This is a vase that I bought for my apartment a few years ago. I have it sitting in the middle of my dining/kitchen table. It catches the evening sun as it shines through the window. The vase features two of my favorite colors, which is what drew me to it.

One of my favorite parts of this photo is the piece that is distorted by the other piece of glass at the bottom right of the image.

Not so much into the color blue but greens just attrack me, that's why there's always green in my Joe Cool's Blog. Cool shot, thanks for letting us know it's a vase because I would have thought it was a window.

I too wouldn't have known it was a vase. I wish I could find such a vase - as blue is my wife's favorite color, and green is mine.

I also like the picture with the blue and green neon from an earlier post.

I like the warped piece too Chad. Parts of the vase looks like it has water drop on it. Or is that just part of the glass. I like the colors too.

I was trying to guess what this was before I read your post. I thought it was going to be either a window or maybe even a fancy windchime up close. But, I was wrong. Nice photo.

Hey homie,
Thanks for asking - things are swell. School is out for another 4 weeks, so I'm a happy camper. No - I'm not majoring in Journalism - I'm majoring in English, which of course is pretty similar. And I have no idea what I'll end up doing with it, but it seems the best plan for now. :-)
However, I'm slightly disturbed that the only update I got from you was about the WEATHER??? I'm sure you can do better than that...;-)
I'm going to the beach tomorrow. Woohoo! Time for a nice fat sunburn and a good long day downing pistachios and way too many Nacho cheese chips.
