Reflecting Ibis

As my Dad and I continued our photographic journey along the banks of Lake Parker, we came upon this white ibis. When I saw it’s head turn to the right, I knew I had a chance to make an interesting photograph. “Click”. I was pleased with what I had captured…another one of my favorite images from that evening.

I am a bird woman, and love seeing your photographs of feathered friends. The reflections are very appealing, and so is seeing birds that I have zero chance of seeing up here :)

Honest, I didn't check your page until after I posted my Ibis today :)

I love the reflection in the water; the look in the Ibis’ eye might be saying, “What are you looking at?”

Wonderful reflection. They have some long bills.

I like the way the reflection makes the Ibis look like its standing on the water. The turn of the head gives the perfect accent.
